Precision Timberworks is owned and operated by Josh Leatherman in Seward Alaska. Specializing in hand crafted timber frame structures, Precision Timberworks has been serving Alaska since 2007. We are also proud members of the Timber Framers Guild and the Alaska Creative Woodworkers Association.
The woodworking shop and sawmill are located off Old Nash Road just off the Seward Highway in Seward Alaska. All timber frames and timber elements are prefabricated in the shop. Milling services are performed both onsite and at the shop.
We enjoy sharing our love of timber frame construction through timber framing workshops. Workshops are held in Seward and usually are 1-2 days long. If you have interest in a timber frame workshop give Josh a call to find out upcoming dates.
Precision Timberworks is a design build specialty contractor. All designs are created custom in house. When architectual drawings and stamps are needed Precision Timberworks collaborates with Architects and Engineers to complete the design.
